Advocate Michał Synoradzki, Ph.D.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (1990), graduate of the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw (2009). PhD in Jurisprudence (2014 Institute of Law Studies Polish Academy of Sciences).
 
Scholarship at De Paul University in Chicago, USA, internship in American law firms (1993). Bar examination (1996). 
A member of the District Bar Association in Katowice between 2007 and 2016; a member of the Supreme Bar Council between 2016-2021. Honoured with the Award of Merit for Lawyers.
Author of publications in legal theory and philosophy. Vice-Chair of the Bioethics Committee at the Maria Skłodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology Gliwice Branch.
 
Areas of expertise: civil law, commercial law, commercial companies’ law.
