Advocate Magdalena Bentkowska, Ph.D.

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (1991) and from Postgraduate Studies in European Law at Warsaw University and Postgraduate Studies in the Modern Islamic World at the Collegium Civitas (2018), Postgraduate Studies - Mediterranean Heritage. Culture, Philosophy, Art at Collegium Civitas (2021), Postgraduate Studies - Polish-Jewish Studies at the Polish Academy of Sciences, Institute of Literary Research (2022).

She passed the bar examination in 1995 and in 2014 completed her doctoral studies in the theory of law at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin.  

In 1993, she completed a scholarship at De Paul University, Chicago, USA, and practised law at American law firms.  

From 1995 to 2000 she worked as a lawyer for the Office of the Economic Counsellor at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Washington, USA.  

She has authored publications in the theory of law.

She is a member of the Civic Council for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).

Areas of expertise: criminal law, family law, labour law, protection of personal interests, copyright law, co-operative law, medical law and litigation.

She is a founding partner of the partnership (2004).

Foreign languages: English and Russian.
