Advocate Sebastian Bentkowski, Ph.D.

Graduated from the M. Curie - Skłodowska University in Lublin, the Branch in Rzeszów (2000).  He has worked as assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warmia and Mazuria University (Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski) and the University of Euro-regional Economy (Wyższa Szkoła Gospodarki Euroregionalnej) in Józefów. From 2012 to 2013 he was the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warmia and Mazuria University.   He obtained a PhD degree in administrative law in 2006 at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.  

From 2002 to 2009 he worked for the Supreme Audit Office.  

He was entered on the list of advocates in 2013.  He has authored publications on quality control and administrative efficiency.

Areas of expertise: administrative law, public procurement law, audits and inspections (he holds the qualification of an auditor under the Law on Public Finances), analysis of investment processes.  

He has been a partner since 2016.
