Advocate Sebastian Bentkowski, Ph.D.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, Rzeszów Branch (2000). Doctoral studies at MCSU commenced in 2000. Doctorate in Administrative Law from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin (2006). From 2002 to 2010, employed at the Supreme Audit Office of Poland (NIK). State Auditor Examination at NIK passed (2003). Since 2008, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Associate Dean of the Faculty from 2012 to 2013.

Admitted to the Bar (2013).

Practice Areas: Administrative Law, Commercial Law, Civil Litigation, Unfair Competition, Public Procurement Law, Legal Advisory Services in Investment Processes — including Municipal Infrastructure Projects, Representation of Foreign Nationals before Administrative Authorities and Courts, Corporate Supervisory Board Membership. Extensive experience conducting audits and inspections in the public sector, including Information Security Audits. Trainer and instructor in the areas of Personal Data Protection, Management Control, Public Procurement Law, and Public Finance. Certified Internal Auditor under the Public Finance Act since 2009. Certified "Lead Auditor — Quality Management System PN-EN ISO 9001:2015" (2020). Certified "Manager and Internal Auditor — Quality Management System for Bodies Certifying Products, Processes and Services / ISO/IEC 17065" (2023).
